Business Development Manager

About the Role

ModularWorks International is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This part-time role focuses on developing new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships within the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Generate leads and arrange meetings with prospective customers.
• Follow up on RFQs, inquiries, quotations, and ongoing opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Promote company services and develop new market segments.
• Coordinate with the estimation, procurement, and project teams.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Achieve agreed sales and business development targets.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business development.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market.
• Experience in Construction, Trading, Contracting, Portable Cabins, Camp Solutions, Material Supply, or related sectors in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities, generate leads, and approach potential clients.

Skills and Attributes

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong client network in Jeddah / Western Region is an advantage.
• Good command of English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a part-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a team environment and coordinating with various internal departments.
