The Role of Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager at KRAIV, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, within the Makkah region, focusing on ensuring project success through effective management and adherence to standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules and manage resources effectively.
• Supervise contractors and site teams, providing guidance and oversight.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout all project phases.
• Track project progress against established milestones and monitor budgets and cost controls.
• Prepare and present regular status reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
• Lead project meetings, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Verify that all work aligns with design specifications and contract requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers to support successful project outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven ability to oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
• Demonstrated experience in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory standards in construction.
