About the Role

Globe 24-7 is partnering with a leading data center infrastructure company to recruit an Engineering Manager. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and involves managing engineering activities within the organization to ensure compliance with technical standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate engineering activities within the organization.
Plan and follow up on engineering activities according to project and operational requirements.
Ensure engineering work and technical solutions comply with applicable standards, specifications, and company requirements.
Ensure the technical quality and accuracy of engineering deliverables and documentation.
Coordinate engineering resources and priorities based on project needs and deadlines.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to engineering personnel.
Support project planning, execution, and follow-up from an engineering perspective.
Ensure effective coordination between Engineering, Production, Project Management, and other relevant departments.
Identify technical risks, challenges, and deviations, ensuring appropriate follow-up and corrective actions.
Support technical problem-solving and decision-making throughout project execution.
Ensure technical changes and deviations are appropriately evaluated, documented, and communicated.
Support the development and continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Provide technical instructions and direction to engineering personnel.
Review and evaluate technical solutions, engineering documentation, and deliverables.
Request modifications or corrective actions when engineering work does not meet applicable technical or project requirements.
Make technical decisions within the responsibilities and authority delegated to the Engineering Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

Management training or 5–10 years of relevant management experience.
Qualification as an Electrical or Civil Engineer or in a relevant technical field.
3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience working in international or multicultural organizations.
Competence or relevant experience in Project Management and Data Centers.
Willingness to complete PSI training after employment in accordance with company requirements.
Willingness to complete HSE training for Management after employment.
