Factory Shift Supervisor

About the Role

Nestlé Saudi Arabia is seeking a Factory Shift Supervisor to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves overseeing all operations during assigned shifts, focusing on operational activities, shift control, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and monitor all operational activities during either overnight or day shifts. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, controlling shift activities, and rigorously applying all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the activities of all operational employees, ensuring compliance with established standards of excellence, policies, and procedures.
• Provide coaching, training, and corrective actions to employees as needed to maintain performance standards.
• Maintain a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment at all times within the operation.
• Act as the manager on duty for the operation in the absence of the Manager, handling complaints, problem-solving, disturbances, special requests, and other arising issues.
• Oversee the night shift and/or day shift within the department, ensuring all employees complete assigned tasks and coordinating Front Office activities with other departments.
• Adhere to all Nestlé EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) rules and procedures during working hours to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, requiring active supervision of factory operations across different shifts, including overnight and day shifts. The role demands a strong focus on operational excellence and strict adherence to safety regulations.
