HSE Officer

About the Role

Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking an HSE Officer to join their team in Jeddah, Western region. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and involves ensuring operational and departmental procedures are followed to maintain a controlled work environment. The HSE Officer will play a key role in liaising with clients and authorities to ensure safety and environmental standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow relevant operational and departmental procedures and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled manner.
• Liaise with Aramco & Samara clients, civil defense authorities, and commercial emergency services to ensure presence and location awareness.
• Maintain and update the HSE manual with general safety and quality measures.
• Ensure staff safety is maintained while minimizing environmental impact.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant HSE role.
• Demonstrated ability to follow and implement operational and departmental procedures.
• Experience in maintaining and updating HSE documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills for effective liaison with clients, authorities, and emergency services.
• Proficiency in maintaining and updating HSE manuals and related documentation.
• Ability to ensure compliance with general safety and quality measures.
• Commitment to staff safety and environmental protection.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role may involve exposure to dust and noise due to the nature of the work environment.
