Role Overview: HVAC / AC Technicians

Greeny Facility Management is seeking HVAC / AC Technicians for full-time, on-site industrial projects in Jeddah and Makkah. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and AC systems within industrial facilities, ensuring their safe and efficient operation. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and AC systems in industrial settings.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues within HVAC and AC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure system longevity and efficiency.
• Conduct system testing and calibration to verify proper functionality.
• Adhere to all relevant safety standards and protocols during operations.
• Complete accurate service reports detailing work performed and system status.
• Coordinate effectively with supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support project execution schedules and contribute to timely completion.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns and provide timely solutions.
• Assist in system upgrades and modifications as required.
• Provide recommendations for improving system performance and energy efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an HVAC / AC Technician, preferably within industrial projects.
• Demonstrated ability to install, maintain, and repair complex HVAC and AC systems.
• Proficiency in diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and best practices in facility management.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, with projects also extending to Makkah. The role requires working within industrial facilities.
