About the Role

Amazon is expanding its Learning team within Amazon Operations and is seeking a Learning Specialist AMZL Transportation Field L&D. This full-time position is based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on enhancing the long-term capabilities of assigned areas within Last Mile operations.

Role Overview

The Last Mile Learning Specialist collaborates with Operations Managers, Area Managers, and associates to continuously improve operational performance. This role involves applying learning tools to enhance operational metrics, improve job-related skills, and support training plans during both peak and non-peak periods. The specialist will measure Associate performance across Safety, Quality, and Productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all standard trainer tasks as outlined in the Trainer Standard Work Checklist.
• Deliver network standard technical training.
• Partner with Operations Leaders to evaluate and improve training processes within work areas.
• Directly coach associates to improve job performance.
• Manage training compliance to ensure accurate training records are maintained.
• Develop, maintain, and apply learning tools, including methods, checklists, and skill-building agreements, to encourage associate development.
• Assist in driving the success of peak and non-peak training plans.
