Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this role is to lead digital transformation efforts by identifying operational gaps and opportunities across various business units. This involves a comprehensive analysis of existing processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and areas where digital solutions can drive significant improvement. The Manager will be instrumental in shaping the future operational landscape of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Systematically analyze business unit processes to identify operational gaps and inefficiencies.
• Uncover opportunities for digital transformation across the organization.
• Design future-state solutions by translating operational requirements into tailored technology roadmaps.
• Develop roadmaps covering systems, applications, and automation strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
