The Marketing Manager Role

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen the company’s brand and drive business growth. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jeddah, Makkah. The role involves developing annual marketing plans, managing budgets, and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing digital and traditional marketing activities.
Analyzing campaign performance and providing insights.
Managing content and messaging across various marketing channels.
Ensuring consistent brand positioning in all communications.
Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitoring competitor activities and market dynamics.
Providing regular reports and recommendations to leadership.
Collaborating with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Experience and Qualifications

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing management or a related field.
Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
Experience in managing marketing budgets and coordinating with external agencies.
Strong analytical skills for campaign performance evaluation.

Work Environment
