Role Overview

Saudia Dairy & Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) is seeking an Officer Distribution Requirements Planning to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time position is critical for ensuring efficient service delivery to support sales operations. The core objective of this role is to facilitate the execution of weekly category planning by coordinating and communicating with various relevant departments, including Manufacturing sites, Depots, Logistics/Transportation, Sales, and Procurement. The Officer will ensure the reliable distribution of SADAFCO products according to approved plans through consistent follow-up on all related issues.

Distribution Coordination

• Coordinate the execution of weekly category planning for distribution with Manufacturing, Depot Supervisors, Logistics and Transport, Sales, and Procurement.
• Implement planning and inventory strategies in alignment with company and functional objectives and guidelines.
• Execute Supply Chain & Operations strategies and tactics to support commercial requirements, business plans, and points of competitive differentiation.

Problem Resolution and Supply Chain Agility

• Identify, communicate, and follow up on issues, deviations, and problems within distribution planning to facilitate their resolution.
• Contribute to enhancing supply chain responsiveness and agility to better meet customer and consumer needs.
• Collaborate with functional leads to drive network improvements, focusing on overall supply chain reliability and responsiveness.

Stock Replenishment and Collaboration

• Coordinate the replenishment of stock with Depot Supervisors and proactively communicate optimal solutions.
• Foster enhanced collaboration throughout the supply chain to understand customer needs and translate external customer requirements into effective supply chain strategies.

Administration and Reporting

• Administer planning and actual figures related to distribution.
• Provide actual and reconciled figures to the marketing department for analysis.
