About the Security Officer Role

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a Security Officer to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position requires a professional dedicated to ensuring the consistent enforcement of security policies and procedures across the organization. The role involves supervising security staff, overseeing access control, conducting inspections, and responding to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Group Leaders and other security staff.
• Oversee access control operations, including monitoring entry and exit points and verifying proper authorization.
• Conduct site-wide inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security breaches.
• Respond effectively to major security incidents and emergencies, providing clear directions to on-site personnel.
• Review and approve daily security logs, reports, and incident documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate security activities with other departments, management, and relevant external authorities.
• Supervise access control points, gates, and CCTV monitoring operations.
• Recommend security improvements, disciplinary actions, or corrective measures as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company security procedures, standards, and regulations across all shifts.
• Act on behalf of the Security Manager when assigned or during their absence.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this Security Officer position should possess a diploma and have between 3 to 10 years of relevant experience. This experience level is crucial for effectively managing security operations and fulfilling the responsibilities outlined for this role.
