About the Role

Aspen Holdings is seeking a Product Specialist to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves promoting Aspen products to healthcare professionals within an assigned territory, focusing on building relationships and achieving sales targets. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to promote Aspen products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in a designated territory. This includes establishing and maintaining relationships with HCPs, effectively delivering key brand marketing messages, and meeting established sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily targeted face-to-face calls with physicians and pharmacists.
• Conduct regular Audio-Visual Aids (AVAs) and promotional activities.
• Meet assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with target healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Maintain an updated customer database.
• Submit daily call reports and weekly sales trackers in a timely manner.
• Stay informed about the latest clinical data in the relevant therapy area and discuss this data with healthcare professionals.
• Provide accurate and complete market feedback on competition, new product concepts, customer requirements, and marketing opportunities.
• Plan and execute medical educational events.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for the Product Specialist position should possess 3 years of experience in a relevant field. The role requires a professional approach to product promotion and stakeholder engagement.

Work Environment and Location
