Project Engineer TL

About the Role

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Project Engineer TL to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for the comprehensive management of transmission projects, from initial design through to final handover. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in project engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage transmission projects from the base design stage through to final handover and acceptance, ensuring adherence to the scope of work, company standards, and specifications.
• Coordinate all activities related to electrical components within projects.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion and financial control.
• Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Forward engineering transmittals to relevant SEC divisions as required.
• Prepare regular technical reports and monthly progress updates for the Project Manager.
• Develop detailed weekly programs for construction activities and prepare manpower/resource requirements to achieve project completion on schedule.
• Liaise with the construction/project manager, client, and subcontractors, and supervise allocated construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications to meet client satisfaction.
• Monitor daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, tracking project budgets, and keeping deliverables on schedule using P6 Primavera.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Project Engineer TL position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in managing transmission projects.
