The Role of Project Manager

Schindler is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves overseeing project execution from award to handover, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project management plans, including scheduling, resource and capacity planning, and quality assurance.
Manage project tasks to achieve objectives on time and within cost targets, strictly enforcing quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout the project duration.
Ensure effective project management and timely communication with all involved parties, particularly customer representatives.
Sell variation orders in a timely manner to meet financial objectives.
Provide regular project management reports for line manager decision-making.
Follow process-oriented Project Management from project award until handover, including all statutory requirements and deliverables.
Lead the project team and assign appropriate authorities and responsibilities.
Attract, retain, and develop employees to meet current project needs.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in project management.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within the Schindler Group's operations in the region.
