About the Regional Maintenance Manager Role
Panda Retail Company is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee facility maintenance across its stores in Jeddah. This employee role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience to ensure all company facilities meet established maintenance standards and to manage the execution of contracted work within defined timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures specifically for Panda Stores within the region, focusing on asset performance optimization and budget control.
- Coordinate with store managers to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, aiming for high-quality outcomes within budget constraints.
- Oversee the inspection and maintenance of equipment and systems critical to Panda Store operations, ensuring optimal asset performance through cost-effective strategies.
- Manage maintenance budgets and expenditures for Panda Stores in the region, implementing cost control measures to achieve quality maintenance results.
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to ensure efficient work execution and adherence to quality standards at reduced costs.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes to enhance asset performance and maintain quality standards while optimizing costs.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in maintenance management within the retail sector, preferably in a hypermarket or large-scale retail environment.
- A strong background in budget control and cost optimization strategies to achieve high-quality maintenance outcomes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration with store teams and contractors.
- Ability to effectively manage maintenance budgets and prioritize tasks to meet quality and asset performance targets within financial constraints.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in maintenance operations for hypermarkets, with a focus on cost-effective practices.
- Certification in maintenance management or a related field is considered a plus.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time employee position based in Jeddah.
