Sales Coordinator

About the Role

Delta Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time role is essential for supporting the Sales & Marketing department by performing general office duties and preparing sales-related documents. The ideal candidate will contribute to maximizing revenue while maintaining guest loyalty and promoting brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general office duties including filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying to support Sales & Marketing operations.
• Prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders throughout the sales process.
• Promote awareness of the brand image both internally and externally.
• Gather materials and assemble information packages, including brochures and promotional materials.
• Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while preserving existing guest loyalty to Marriott.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (*, commissions, leads, third parties) within sales software.
• Answer guest questions regarding property facilities and services, including hours of operation, rates, room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, and special events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating via phone and email to address questions and requests.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, protect company assets, and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and use appropriate telephone etiquette.
• Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification is required for this role.
