The Role: Sales Representative

APSG Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join its team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for expanding the company's market reach and cultivating strong relationships with clients. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, presenting products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate products or services effectively to potential customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts with customers.
• Follow up on customer orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and sales forecasts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to management.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Required Qualifications and Experience
