Chalhoub Group is seeking a Senior Brand Associate for the Beauty sector. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Senior Brand Associate will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects related to Retail, Commercial, Merchandising, and Business Development for the assigned brand. This role involves developing strategies to ensure a consistent customer experience aligned with company values and driving initiatives to maintain this alignment. The Senior Brand Associate will monitor market trends and competitor activities, propose action plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement brand marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze brand performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Support and influence brand retail partnerships, influencer collaborations, and event activations.
Ensure brand consistency and excellence in execution across all trade partners.
Monitor brand performance in terms of sales, stock on hand, innovation pipeline, and activation, while liaising with the Sales Team on brand organic and/or expansion opportunities.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to marketing projects.
Grow the brand by leveraging retailer seasonality and ensuring timely delivery of new product development (NPD) pipelines.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers to ensure agreed-upon targets are achieved and adjust strategies as needed.
