About the Role

Sohoby IT Solutions is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to enhance its social media presence. This full-time role, based in Jeddah, Makkah, focuses on developing engaging short-form video content. The position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves hands-on content creation, including shooting, editing, and publishing Reels and other short-form videos across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot, create, and publish engaging Reels and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Maintain a daily content pipeline of approximately 8–10 Reels, ensuring consistent quality.
Capture content related to the CEO, client testimonials, meetings, office activities, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Develop creative content ideas based on business topics, current trends, and audience interests.
Manage daily social media posting and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
Utilize relevant AI tools to support content ideation, scripting, and social media growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Demonstrated ability to shoot and create Reels using a mobile phone or camera.
Understanding of framing, angles, lighting, audio, and video quality.
Awareness of current social media trends and short-form content formats.
Energetic, presentable, and confident in interacting with clients and the CEO.
Proactive, adaptable, and capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

A strong portfolio of personally shot and created Reels or short-form videos.
Experience in creating content for businesses, professional brands, or entrepreneurs.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.

This is a full-time position located in Jeddah, Makkah, requiring an individual who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, contributing directly to the company's digital presence.
