The Role: Store Manager (Women's Clothing)

Lichi is seeking a Store Manager for its women's clothing store in Mall of Arabia, Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designated for a Saudi National, in compliance with Saudi Arabia's Saudization (Nitaqat) regulations. The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall operational success and sales performance of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and execute defined operational plans.
• Ensure continuous and profitable store operations.
• Monitor adherence to all company technologies and business processes.
• Drive sales growth and minimize operational costs.
• Provide necessary reports in a timely manner.
• Conduct all required administrative tasks.
• Apply staff management principles to build and maintain a strong team.
• Motivate, train, and develop employees to achieve high results and foster their career progression within the company.
• Ensure effective communication and interaction with the central office.
• Liaise with external inspection authorities as required.
