The Role: Team Leader - MEM

We are seeking a Team Leader - MEM to manage the Regional MEM Department Operations. This full-time role focuses on equipment service, AC&T (Asset Care & Technical), and installation activities. The primary objective is to enhance customer service, improve asset and MEM productivity, and contribute to sales growth within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure MEM associates comply with all safety standards, monitoring, reporting, and resolving any non-conformance issues.
• Assign job tasks to MEM supervisors and technicians, setting monthly and yearly targets to ensure company and department objectives are met.
• Plan and schedule training for the MEM team to develop their skills and improve overall performance.
• Support the Sales & Marketing (S&M) Department in maximizing the utilization of the asset base, thereby contributing to business development, market share, and profitability.
• Implement MEM AC&T best practice processes to increase asset productivity and minimize asset losses.
• Implement MEM QS&R (Quality, Service & Reliability) best practice processes to maximize customer satisfaction, increase MEM team productivity, and minimize breakdown time.
• Track, analyze, and report MEM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management, and develop action plans for improvement.
• Prepare the Annual Operation Plan (OPEX & CAPEX), review actual expenses periodically, and implement necessary controls.
• Handle the approval of Customer Maintenance Form (CMF) requests for the region and submit detailed monthly reports.
• Manage the MEM warehouse assets inventory for the region, identify discrepancies, report findings, and resolve issues in collaboration with MEM and Finance teams.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. A foundational understanding of equipment service, asset management, and operational processes is beneficial.

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Team Leader will operate within a dynamic environment, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of MenaBev's extensive operations in the western region.
