Technical Planning Engineer

About the Role

SSCL is seeking a Technical Planning Engineer to join their team in Makkah, with work locations including Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on developing and implementing strategies to optimize asset performance and ensure service continuity within the organization.

Role Overview

The Technical Planning Engineer is responsible for creating comprehensive maintenance strategies, preventative maintenance programs, and operational schedules. The primary objective is to maximize the performance of assets and ensure uninterrupted service delivery through effective planning and resource management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance strategies to enhance asset reliability and longevity.
• Design and implement Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM) programs.
• Forecast resource requirements for maintenance activities and projects.
• Plan and schedule shutdown activities to minimize operational impact.
• Create detailed operational schedules to ensure efficient workflow and service continuity.
• Contribute to maximizing overall asset performance within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in technical planning or a similar engineering role.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement maintenance strategies and operational plans.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities covering both Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working within a professional environment focused on operational excellence and asset management.
