About the Role

Rheinmetall is seeking a Technical Translator to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for a professional with 0-1 years of experience who is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality and consistency in all translated technical materials between English and Arabic.

Role Overview

The Technical Translator will be responsible for bridging language gaps in critical technical documentation. This role involves meticulous translation, rigorous quality control, and the development of linguistic resources to maintain clarity and accuracy across all company materials. The successful candidate will contribute to effective communication within a technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Translate all technical documents from English into Arabic and vice versa.
Create and maintain a comprehensive database of technical terms and terminology.
Ensure consistency of technical language and terminology across all translated materials.
Review and proofread translations thoroughly to ensure accuracy, grammatical correctness, and proper formatting.
Collaborate with various departments as needed to facilitate translation requirements and projects.

Qualifications and Requirements

Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical documents between English and Arabic.
0-1 years of professional experience in a technical translation role.
For localization purposes, the candidate must be a local citizen of Saudi Arabia.
