About the Role

Ninja is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize all warehouse operations. This full-time role is critical for ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched with maximum efficiency and accuracy. The Warehouse Manager will play a pivotal role in managing staff, implementing robust inventory practices, and continuously enhancing operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all daily Distribution Center (DC) operations.
• Analyze and monitor the performance of receiving, storage, picking, and internal returns (IR) processes.
• Ensure the consistent achievement of operational and service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Control inventory accuracy and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage and losses.
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and overall operational efficiency.
• Manage the DC budget and control operational costs, including manpower and materials.
• Coordinate effectively with various departments such as transportation, store operations, commercial, finance, and HR.
• Prepare and present weekly operational reports to the director, covering performance, inventory, and other key metrics.
• Plan DC capacity and ensure readiness to meet demand during peak seasons.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and implement effective corrective actions.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety and storage quality standards.

Operational Management and Efficiency

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the daily oversight of all Distribution Center activities, focusing on optimizing workflows from receiving to dispatch. This includes analyzing performance metrics across all warehouse functions and actively driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency and service delivery.

Inventory Control and Financial Oversight

A core aspect of this role involves maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy and implementing robust controls to minimize shrinkage and losses. The manager will also be accountable for the effective management of the DC budget, ensuring prudent control over operational costs related to manpower, materials, and other resources.

Interdepartmental Collaboration and Reporting

This position requires strong collaborative skills, involving regular coordination with internal stakeholders such as transportation, store operations, commercial, finance, and HR teams. The Warehouse Manager will also be responsible for preparing and presenting comprehensive weekly operational reports to the director, detailing performance, inventory status, and other critical insights.
