Role Overview

The Regional QSHE Coordinator will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight and implementation of Almarai’s Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Food Safety management systems. This role requires a professional who can effectively apply the latest QSHE management techniques and technologies to ensure full compliance with established world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance of the company’s Quality management systems across farming operations.
• Oversee and ensure adherence to Health & Safety management systems.
• Implement and monitor compliance with Environmental management systems.
• Guarantee full compliance with Food Safety management systems.
• Utilize and integrate the latest QSHE management techniques and technology into daily operations.
• Align all QSHE practices and systems with world-class industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Regional QSHE Coordinator position should meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, or Food Safety role, preferably within an agricultural or farming context.
• Proven ability to manage and ensure compliance with complex management systems.
• Familiarity with modern QSHE techniques and technologies.
