The Role: Senior Unit Manager (Farming)

Almarai is seeking a Senior Unit Manager (Farming) to join its operations in Hail. This full-time position is central to optimizing farm performance and profitability. The role involves comprehensive management of farm activities within assigned areas, focusing on efficient resource utilization to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize farm production and profitability within designated areas of responsibility.
• Plan and organize all functional activities of the farm.
• Ensure the most efficient use of all available resources, including personnel, equipment, and land.
• Oversee daily operations to meet production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in farming management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Hail, contributing to Almarai's extensive farming operations.
