Almarai, a leading food and beverage company, is seeking a Team Manager (Poultry) to join its Feed Mill operations in Hail. Role Overview

The Team Manager will be responsible for leading a self-directing, multi-functional team dedicated to the efficient intake and processing of specified poultry products. This role ensures that all internal customer requirements are consistently met within defined management performance parameters, including efficiency, loss-in-process, and achieving zero non-conformance. A core aspect of the role is to guarantee strict adherence to all Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a self-directing, multi-functional team within the Feed Mill operations.
• Oversee the efficient intake and processing of specified poultry products.
• Ensure all operational activities meet internal customer requirements.
• Monitor and achieve management performance parameters, including efficiency and loss-in-process targets.
• Strive for zero non-conformance in product processing.
• Guarantee strict adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Poultry Processing, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within a poultry or food manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in a high-volume operational setting.

Essential Knowledge and Skills

• Working knowledge and understanding of the implementation of international Quality Standards, including ISO 9000 and HACCP.
