The Role of a Farm Planner

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Farm Planner to join its agricultural operations in Hail. This full-time position is integral to maintaining the health, welfare, and productivity of poultry flocks. The Farm Planner will achieve this through the implementation of proper daily care protocols, continuous monitoring, and adherence to established farm management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the healthy growth, welfare, and overall productivity of poultry flocks.
• Implement and oversee proper daily care, monitoring, and farm management practices.
• Maintain consistent production performance by strictly following biosecurity standards.
• Manage and adhere to established feeding programs and environmental controls to optimize output.
• Work towards achieving optimal egg or meat output targets.
• Support smooth farm operations by assisting in routine tasks such as vaccination, accurate record-keeping, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role are required to possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in farm planning, poultry management, or a closely related agricultural field. A strong understanding of poultry health and production protocols is essential.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based at Almarai's facilities in Hail, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a structured agricultural environment, contributing directly to the company's production goals.
