The Role of a Farm Planner

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Farm Planner to join its team in Hail. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring the health, welfare, and productivity of poultry flocks through effective daily care and farm management. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience, focusing on maintaining consistent production performance and supporting smooth farm operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the healthy growth, welfare, and productivity of poultry flocks through proper daily care, monitoring, and farm management practices.
• Maintain consistent production performance by adhering to biosecurity standards, feeding programs, and environmental controls to achieve optimal egg or meat output.
• Support smooth farm operations by assisting in routine tasks such as vaccination, record-keeping, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in farm management, particularly within poultry operations. A strong understanding of animal welfare, biosecurity protocols, and production performance metrics is essential. The role requires a proactive approach to daily tasks and the ability to contribute effectively to operational efficiency.
