About Almarai and the Role

Almarai, a prominent leader in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a dedicated Team Manager, Feed Mill. This full-time position is based in Hail and requires a professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience to manage critical operations within our feed mill facility.

Role Overview

The Team Manager will lead a self-directing, multi-functional team focused on the efficient intake of poultry and the subsequent processing of specified poultry products. The core objective of this role is to ensure that all operations consistently meet internal customer requirements while adhering to stringent management performance parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and guide a self-directing, multi-functional team to optimize poultry intake processes.
• Oversee the efficient processing of specified poultry products according to established guidelines.
• Ensure all production activities meet internal customer requirements and quality expectations.
• Monitor and manage operations against key performance indicators, including efficiencies, loss-in-process, and maintaining a record of zero non-conformance.
• Uphold and enforce strict adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety standards across all team activities.

Qualifications and Education

• A degree in Poultry Processing, Food Technology, or a closely related discipline is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar management position within a poultry or broader food processing environment.

Required Experience and Skills

• Proven experience operating effectively within a high-volume operational environment.
• Demonstrated working knowledge and practical understanding of implementing international Quality Standards, specifically ISO 9000 and HACCP.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time role situated at Almarai's facilities in Hail. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic production setting, contributing directly to the company's operational excellence.
