We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Abdul Hadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani & Sons Beverage Company (AQS-PEPSI). In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.

- Install and configure new PC hardware and software on desktops, laptops, and peripherals such as phones and printers.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Perform basic computer wired and wireless network troubleshooting.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Assist users with setup and problem resolution.
- Maintain an inventory of all computing devices.
- Ensure workstations have the latest security features in compliance with company policies.
- Setup user accounts and manage connectivity issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and patient approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of ITIL and CCNA.
- Capability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
