About the Role

Gulfmaid is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team in Khamis Mushayt. This full-time position focuses on driving business within the industrial production sector by managing relationships with key clients. The role involves understanding client requirements, delivering tailored solutions, and identifying growth opportunities.

Role Context

The Key Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Gulfmaid and its most valuable customers. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure offerings align with market demands. The focus is on strategic account management and developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and influence business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular communication and personalized service.
Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic account plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product development) to deliver tailored solutions.
Monitor account performance metrics and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on account status, growth opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to address challenges and leverage opportunities.
Lead training sessions for internal teams to enhance understanding of key accounts and improve service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Proven experience in selling PVC, UPVC, or CPVC drainage pipes and related products.
Experience managing key accounts and developing business relationships with contractors, construction companies, consultants, distributors, and infrastructure project clients.
Strong understanding of pipe product specifications, project requirements, and the sales cycle for construction and drainage projects.
Experience coordinating with production, technical, and supply chain teams to meet customer requirements and project delivery deadlines.
