The Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager II

Almarai is seeking a Regional Sales Manager II to oversee and manage van sales operations within an assigned sub-region in Khamis Mushayt. This full-time role focuses on achieving budgeted sales volume and profitability for Almarai products. The position requires a candidate with strong commercial awareness, direct van sales experience, and proven leadership capabilities to deliver results within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead van sales operations to meet sales, margin, and profitability targets.
Establish sales targets and monitor performance across areas and routes.
Maximize product distribution, availability, and market share.
Drive new business opportunities while managing wastage, costs, and credit.
Lead, coach, and develop Sales Supervisors and sales teams.
Monitor market and competitor activities and implement relevant sales initiatives.
Plan manpower, sales vans, budgets, and operational resources effectively.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, health, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications and Experience

6-10 years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Demonstrated experience in van sales operations.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop sales teams.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
