Jazeera Paints is seeking a Control Room Operator to join their team in Khamis Mushayt. This is a full-time position focused on managing production operations through SCADA systems.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of the Control Room Operator is to execute production orders efficiently and safely using SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) operations. This role is central to maintaining smooth and controlled plant processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the SCADA system for plant start-up, safe shut down operations, batch productions according to tickets/recipes, and pigging & sanitization operations.
• Monitor and control all process parameters, including flow rates, pressures, temperatures, and level transmitters, using displays, graphics, and trend logs, and propose suitable remedial measures.
• Communicate immediately with the production supervisor regarding batch parameter adjustments in the field during production operations in cases of parameter abnormalities and process deviations.
• Monitor and control the effective and safe usage of raw materials, chemicals, and other plant utilities to an optimum level.
• Maintain and track daily production reports.
• Ensure the safe shutdown of the plant during operational emergency situations.
• Identify and investigate faults, and inform the production operator or maintenance technician for remedial actions.
• Execute all function-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any other job-related activities as directed by the line manager.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Khamis Mushayt, requiring consistent presence to manage and monitor control room operations.
