About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated Officer to join our team in Khamis Mushayt. This full-time position is central to maintaining and enhancing our quality and process improvement functions, ensuring compliance with established standards such as ISO 9001. The role involves managing quality-related information and generating comprehensive reports for various stakeholders within the organization, as well as for customers and suppliers.

Core Responsibilities and Compliance

The Officer will be responsible for a range of activities critical to our Integrated Management System (IMS) and overall quality assurance. This includes updating procedures, conducting audits, and ensuring the effective implementation of corrective actions.

• Update QA procedures, work instructions, and formats in alignment with IMS and company requirements.
• Review and validate documents from other departments to ensure they accurately reflect actual practices.
• Conduct and document IMS internal audits according to the approved audit plan.
• Assess audit findings and coordinate the development of action plans with relevant departments.
• Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions resulting from audits.
• Support and coordinate with departments during external audits.
• Ensure the timely closure of external audit Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as assigned.

Quality Control and Process Improvement

This role involves direct engagement in quality control measures, from inspecting materials to investigating nonconformities and driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations.

• Perform document compliance audits as per the approved schedule, including unplanned audits.
• Inspect materials, processes, and products to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
• Collaborate with departments to investigate root causes of nonconformities and implement effective corrective actions.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions across all relevant departments.
• Deliver quality-related training to relevant teams to enhance understanding and compliance.

Data Management and Reporting

The Officer will play a crucial role in managing quality data, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting performance to management.

• Maintain comprehensive QA records and document all quality assurance activities.
• Analyze quality data to identify improvement opportunities within the quality management system.
• Prepare and report QA performance and analysis to management regularly.
• Identify and report potential risks related to QA activities.

Operational Monitoring and Safety

Beyond direct quality tasks, the role extends to monitoring operational efficiency and ensuring all activities are conducted safely and responsibly.

• Monitor operations and recommend improvements aimed at reducing errors and defects.
• Execute all function-related activities using safe and environmentally friendly methods.

Work Environment and General Duties

This is a full-time position based in Khamis Mushayt. The successful candidate will work within a structured environment, contributing to the company's commitment to quality and operational excellence. The role also includes performing any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
