Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company (ACCBC) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for its operations in Khamis Mushayt, 'Asir. This full-time role involves supervising the daily warehouse and delivery activities, including receiving, storage, picking, load preparation, dispatch, and delivery of ACCBC's beverage portfolio. The supervisor ensures stock accuracy, compliance with FIFO/FEFO principles, hygiene, safety, and effective coordination of the warehouse and delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, loading, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate receiving and verification of incoming stock against documentation.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO principles for correct stock rotation and to prevent dispatch of expired products.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and reconcile stock variances, reporting out-of-stock and overstock situations.
• Prepare, organize, and verify retail loads for dispatch according to delivery schedules and route plans.
• Coordinate delivery drivers to ensure timely departure, accurate loads, and efficient delivery operations.
• Supervise and allocate daily tasks to storekeepers, forklift operators, delivery drivers, and warehouse loaders/helpers.
• Monitor team productivity, work quality, and adherence to established operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with relevant Saudi health, safety, and operational requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of warehouse documentation and system transactions.
• Prepare and submit daily warehouse, inventory, damage, return, and delivery reports.

Accountabilities

• Accurate receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch at the branch.
• Compliance with FIFO/FEFO requirements and prevention of expired product dispatch.
• Accurate load preparation and timely delivery to retail customers.
• Maintenance of a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Control of damaged products, stock losses, and inventory variances within established targets.
• Effective supervision and productivity of the warehouse and delivery team.
• Accuracy and timeliness of warehouse reporting and system transactions.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a related field.

• Branch inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation.
• Zero expiry on shelf and in back-store inventory.
• On-time loading, dispatch, and delivery.
• Accuracy of receiving and put-away activities.
• Damage and stock loss within established targets.
• Warehouse cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance.
• Timely and accurate daily reporting.
• Warehouse and delivery team productivity.

Reporting and Interfaces

The Warehouse Supervisor reports to the National Warehouse & Logistics Manager and interfaces with Branch Sales and Operations Teams, Storekeepers, Forklift Operators, Delivery Drivers, and Warehouse Loaders/Helpers, as well as other relevant internal stakeholders involved in warehouse, inventory, and delivery operations.
