The Opportunity: Laboratory Manager

Almarai is seeking a Laboratory Manager to join its team in Rabigh. This full-time role is central to managing the Quality Control team effectively and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the introduction and adoption of the latest techniques in the field, alongside engaging principles of continual improvement within the laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively and efficiently manage the Quality Control team.
• Ensure the introduction and adoption of the latest laboratory techniques and methodologies.
• Engage and implement principles of continual improvement within laboratory processes.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science.
• 8-10 years of experience in the Seafood processing plant industry or a similar environment.
• A proven track record of delivering results against established objectives.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects that require cross-functional approaches.
