The Opportunity: Laboratory Manager

Almarai is seeking a Laboratory Manager to join its team in Makkah or Rabigh. This full-time role is central to managing the Quality Control team and ensuring the adoption of the latest techniques in the field. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively and efficiently manage the Quality Control team.
• Ensure the introduction and adoption of the latest laboratory techniques.
• Engage and implement principles of continual improvement within the laboratory operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a quality control team.
• Proficiency in introducing and implementing new techniques and continuous improvement processes.
