Career Opportunities: QA Technician

About the Role

Almarai is seeking a QA Technician for its Poultry Operations. This full-time role involves coordinating all Quality-related aspects under the guidance of the SQAM / DQAM (Poultry) to support the Quality team within the plant. The position is based in either Makkah or Rabigh and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Quality aspects within Poultry Operations.
• Assist the Quality team in effectively managing all aspects of Quality within the plant.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma degree in Food Sciences or other related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality role within a Meat Processing Plant.
• Experience in a Quality role within a Poultry Processing Plant.
• Experience at a supervisory level.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Good working knowledge of Quality standards, systems, and audits.
• Good operational knowledge of Meat Processing & Animal Health.
• Good operational knowledge of Quality Systems and audits.
