About the Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our full-time operations in Makkah and Rabigh. This role is crucial for managing a multi-skilled team focused on delivering essential maintenance services and ensuring optimal performance of all process machinery and equipment within our facilities.

Role Purpose and Impact

The primary objective of the Team Leader is to oversee and direct a self-managing team to provide high-quality maintenance support. This involves meeting the specific requirements of internal customers and ensuring that all operational machinery and equipment consistently adhere to established management performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a self-directing, multi-skilled team responsible for maintenance services.
• Ensure maintenance services meet internal customer requirements effectively.
• Oversee that all process machinery and equipment consistently meet management performance requirements.

Educational Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Required Experience and Technical Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within a large, fully automated Poultry or Meat Processing Plant.
• Demonstrated experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial large-scale Ammonia and Freon refrigeration equipment, specifically within a Poultry Processing Plant.
• Good knowledge of the operation and maintenance of Poultry process equipment and machines.
• Experience working with automated equipment and instrumentation.
• Computer literacy and SAP knowledge are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in both handwritten and spoken English.
