The Opportunity

This full-time role is based in Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, or Rabigh.

Role Overview

The Team Manager (Quality) | Seafood will be responsible for managing a self-directing, multi-functional team. The primary focus of this role is to oversee the manufacture and packaging of seafood products while ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory standards. The manager will also work towards continuously improving production efficiencies in a safe manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a self-directing, multi-functional team involved in seafood product manufacturing and packaging.
• Ensure all manufacturing and packaging processes comply with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Implement and monitor initiatives aimed at continuously improving production efficiencies.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively.
• Experience in manufacturing and packaging operations, preferably within the food or seafood industry.
• Understanding of quality control processes and regulatory standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, or Rabigh. The role involves working within a dynamic multinational team focused on operational excellence and growth.
