The Role of Production Engineer

The Production Engineer is a full-time position based in Rabigh, Makkah. This role involves planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities for pre-engineered accessories and related precast products. The primary objective is to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards throughout the production process. The Production Engineer will also monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, analyze performance data, and implement improvements to optimize workflow and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare comprehensive production reports detailing output, efficiency, and any issues encountered.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and procedures to enhance production capabilities.
  • Maintain close communication with management and technical support teams to align production output with customer requirements and delivery timelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong foundation in Production Engineering, including manufacturing processes and industrial operations.
  • Analytical skills to interpret production data, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements.
  • Experience with production planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources on the shop floor.
  • Knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and inspection methods within manufacturing.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting procedures.
  • Familiarity with precast products, reinforcement systems, or construction-related manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as ERP systems, MS Office, basic CAD, or production planning software.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of self-organization.
  • Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and adherence to German and local industry standards.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Rabigh, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
