About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Production Engineer to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on ensuring product quality and operational efficiency within the production line.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the run-ability and quality of products on the assigned line meet R&D standards.
• Update machine condition reports and coordinate with the Maintenance Manager for the implementation of preventive tasks.
• Manage the update and implementation of predictive maintenance tasks, repairs, and project history.
• Propose potential savings on raw materials in coordination with the Technical and QC Departments.
• Liaise with the QC department to maintain strict quality standards.
• Prepare training programs for new operators and machine setters.
• Develop skill sets for Operators, Machine Setters, and alternative back-ups.
• Conduct Fishbone Analysis and implement corrective actions weekly, in coordination with the Process Specialist.
• Collaborate with the Process Improvement Department to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
• Lead machine projects for run-ability, upgrades, and additional features, coordinating closely with the Division Technical Manager.
• Propose continuous improvement initiatives related to job functions for enhanced productivity.
• Ensure strict adherence to Quality Management System guidelines in coordination with the PID Department.
• Comply with integrated management system requirements.
• Align with the HSSE team to update HIRA and ensure hazards and risks are adequately identified and documented.

• Facilitate consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions, including the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and improvement actions for the OH&S management system.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding of production processes and quality control. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within a manufacturing environment that emphasizes adherence to quality, safety, and operational efficiency standards. The role involves collaboration with various departments, including Maintenance, QC, Technical, Process Improvement, and HSSE.
