The Opportunity

This full-time position is based in Makkah, specifically in King Abdullah Economic City and Rabigh.

About the Role: Team Manager (Quality)

The Team Manager (Quality) will be responsible for overseeing a self-directing, multi-functional team involved in the manufacture and packaging of seafood products. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory standards while continuously improving production efficiencies and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving and assisting in the implementation of corrective actions in collaboration with department managers.
• Serving as an active member of the HACCP team.
• Ensuring the successful commissioning of new equipment through verification and trials.
• Maintaining Health and Safety standards within the department by conducting regular risk assessments.
• Performing plant inspections as required.
• Conducting GMP audits as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
