About the Role

Ninja (quick-commerce) is seeking a Pharmacist to join its team in Sakaka, Al Jowf Province. This full-time role involves dispensing medications, providing patient care, and ensuring optimal treatment outcomes. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately processing and dispensing prescription medications while adhering to legal, ethical, and professional standards. A key aspect of this role is providing personalized care and advice to patients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding treatments, side effects, and interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process and dispense prescription medications, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Offer medication counseling to patients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding treatments, side effects, and interactions.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to create and manage medication treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Monitor patient health outcomes and adjust prescriptions as necessary in conjunction with medical staff.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff and patients regarding medication safety and wellness.
• Maintain and manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Stay informed about new developments in medications and pharmacy practice to continually enhance service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (****** degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical experience in Saudi Arabia preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical guidelines.
