About the Role

Jsaas Contracting is seeking a Saudi Project Manager to oversee a government operation and maintenance contract. This contract focuses on fire and life safety systems across Shaqra and the Riyadh Region governorates. The role is offered on a contract basis for a fixed term of 12 months, with potential for renewal.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the contract and serve as the company's representative to the client, including tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Lead the engineering, technical, and supervisory teams, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Supervise both preventive and corrective maintenance activities for fire alarm systems, firefighting systems, and fire networks.
• Handle service requests, monthly payment certificates, and periodic reports.
• Conduct all work and correspondence exclusively through the company's designated digital platform.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Saudi national.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a related field.

Contract Terms

• The initial contract duration is 12 months, with the possibility of renewal.
• A probation period of 180 days applies.
• The work week is 6 days.
• The total wage package includes allowances for housing and transport.

Location

This position is based in Shaqra, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, covering operations within Shaqra and other Riyadh Region governorates.
