About the Role

Shade Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team in Turaif, Northern Frontier. This full-time role focuses on building construction projects and requires a professional with a strong background in managing complex construction initiatives.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing building construction projects, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion. This position demands a candidate with extensive experience in the field, particularly within an EPC/main contracting environment in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage building construction projects effectively.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to specifications and timelines.
• Oversee all project phases, including planning, execution, and closure.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: At least 15 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically as a Project Manager on building construction projects.
• Project Management: Proven experience managing at least 3 building construction projects as a Project Manager. Applicants will be required to list these projects.
• Industry Background: Experience working as a Project Manager with EPC/main contracting companies. Consultancy experience will not be considered.
• Geographic Experience: Experience working as a Project Manager in Saudi Arabia.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Availability: Immediate availability to join.
