The Role: Senior Analyst, Performance Management

Ma'aden is seeking a Senior Analyst, Performance Management to join its team in Turaif. This is a full-time position that offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and play a part in shaping the future of mining within the Kingdom.

Role Purpose and Objectives

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver accurate financial accounting, reporting, and analysis across business operations. The Senior Analyst ensures compliance with financial policies, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards, thereby providing reliable financial information essential for effective business decisions and strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver accounts payable services in line with agreed service levels.
  • Review and approve supplier reconciliations.
  • Resolve supplier payment and invoice exceptions.
  • Maintain accurate vendor master data.
  • Reconcile sub-ledgers and General Ledger accounts.
  • Compile accounts payable and vendor age analysis reports.
  • Control Goods Received/Invoice Received (GRIR) balances and investigate discrepancies.
  • Negotiate vendor settlement discounts within approved authority.
  • Maintain accurate asset registers and asset records.
  • Verify asset additions and coordinate physical asset checks.
  • Calculate and record asset depreciation.
  • Establish, track, and close capital projects.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor daily cash balances and petty cash controls.
  • Process local and international payments accurately.
  • Administer banking activities and financial transactions.
  • Prepare and post accounting journals.
  • Reconcile financial accounts and resolve variances.
  • Process sales transactions and customer invoices.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial projections.
  • Produce accurate financial statements and management reports.
  • Support safe operations and achieve Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) objectives.
