Are you passionate about technology and healthcare? We are looking for an ICT Services Technician to enhance patient care through effective technical support to our clinicians. This role plays a vital role in ensuring our clinical information systems are reliable and efficient, contributing to the well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate and effective technical assistance to clinicians to quickly resolve technical issues.
• Ensure optimal functionality of clinical information systems to enhance performance for healthcare providers.
• Assist clinicians in navigating clinical systems for efficient use in their daily operations.
• Proactively and reactively identify and resolve system issues that may disrupt patient care.
• Set up and troubleshoot patient monitoring systems for accurate health monitoring.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of patient data through proper reporting.
• Collaborate with leaders across disciplines to develop and improve clinical systems.
• Document all technical issues and solutions for future reference.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Work Environment:
Indoors 100%, Working Days: 5, Days Off: 2, Hours: 800 AM – 600 PM (1 hour break).

Qualifications:

• BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 03 years experience in a healthcare IT environment.
• Proficiency with EHR and EMR systems.
• Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, LAN/WAN).
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
