About Almajal Group and the Role

Almajal Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is crucial for driving growth and expanding our market presence within the facility management industry.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to identify new business opportunities, secure corporate contracts, and cultivate long-term client relationships. The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in increasing Almajal Group's market share in facility management services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for both hard and soft facility management services, including HVAC, maintenance, security, and cleaning.
Generate qualified leads through various channels such as networking, cold outreach, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
Lead the entire tender process, encompassing the drafting of proposals, accurate cost estimations, and delivering client presentations.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, property managers, and corporate clients.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify and capitalize on new revenue streams.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in business development, preferably within the facility management sector.
Demonstrated familiarity with integrated facility management (IFM) services.
Understanding of local market regulations relevant to facility management in Saudi Arabia.
